Convenient Spot Near Campus
I stayed just one night for a Syracuse basketball game. The hotel's close proximity made it easy to walk to the Carrier Dome. Enjoyed morning coffee at Starbucks on-site and the staff, especially Cindy, were super friendly. Great place for game day!

We had a lovely stay for 3 nights and really enjoyed the delicious french toast and egg sandwich from one of the two nice restaurants. The indoor pool and sauna were perfect for relaxing after a busy day. The parking garage did look a bit aged, but it didn’t spoil our great experience! 😊

This place is perfect for families visiting the university! We enjoyed being close to the campus and loved the convenience of being able to walk to the bookstore and nearby restaurants. The view of the campus was absolutely stunning, especially after the snowstorm!
My kids wished there were more activities available for teens. A game room or pool would really enhance the stay for families like ours.

Had a great time with friends! Ideal location for visiting the local university and checking out nearby sports events. The staff was friendly, and the atmosphere was fun. Just a heads-up, parking can be a bit tricky at peak times, so plan accordingly.
One downside was that our room keys didn’t work at first, which was frustrating and caused some delays.

We loved the convenient location, perfect for our family getaway. The kids enjoyed the on-site pool, and it was great that we could order breakfast directly to our room. The front desk staff was welcoming and even engaged with us during check-in, really making us feel at home.
In my wife’s opinion, the rooms could have been cleaner.

The staff went above and beyond in their friendliness and eagerness to assist. I also appreciated the ample seating in the lobby, making it easy to find a quiet space.
The room, while adequate, lacked the comfort I had anticipated.

The staff was exceptional and the front desk worker was particularly friendly and genuine. Rooms are spacious and clean, although the property shows signs of wear and could use better maintenance. Location is ideal for campus visits, but the hotel is transitioning to student housing, which may explain the decline in upkeep.

The Sheraton in Syracuse offers a great atmosphere for a family stay. The indoor pool was a hit with the kids, providing a fun way to unwind after a day of exploring. Our room featured comfy beds, which made sleeping easy. The shuttle service was super convenient for getting around, especially since it’s close to Syracuse University. The on-site restaurants provided decent breakfast options like tasty egg sandwiches and french toast. However, the parking situation felt chaotic at times, which was a bit frustrating. Another downside was one of the lamps in our room that didn’t work. that could’ve been addressed ahead of our arrival. Overall, the experience was positive but could use some attention to detail in maintenance.
